Friday night's ‘Legacy Fighting Alliance' really didn't disappoint. The '109' card gave us wars, redemptions, and more satisfaction than a rolling stone! Plus the announce team of Cub Swanson, Ron Kruck, and Laura Sanko was spot on matchmaking!

They're early in their career, but Kevin Fernandez and Jacobi Jones displayed skillsets that could be the foundation of great things.

Ky Bennett & Gerrica Trias really put it out there. Both came for the W, but Bennett's adaptations really paid off and she grabbed a memorable win!

Edwin Cooper Jr. believed in his abilities and didn't get phased by reputations. He just went out there and blazed his trail!

The disappointment of missing out on 'The Ultimate Fighter', might just turn out to be a blessing. Because after what Justin Wetzell did, who'd be surprised if his phone wasn't ringing real soon!

AND, the same has to be said about the Main event show stopper, Terrance McKinney. Who faced the unknown without fear and shined like a nova!

Maybe not as high octane as some of the more recent cards, Saturday's 'UFC on ESPN+ 47: Rozenstruik vs. Sakai ' still had a lot to digest.

The judging of Tanner Boser vs Ilir Latifi was definitely questionable and you wonder why Alan Patrick didn't take his allotted five minutes or at least two, maybe.

However, though, there was plenty of brightness to indulge in. Like the fact Kamuela Kirk and Gregory Rodrigues both had fantastic debuts.

Santiago Ponzinibbio dug deep to turn around a fight he was losing, on legs that had been battered, to get a great victory over an up & coming talent.

And who could disagree the fact that Manon Fiorot might be one of the brightest stars to appear on the ladies flyweight horizon! The performance she put on was refined viciousness and the division should be on notice. Tabatha Ricci should be commended as well because on a couple days notice she stepped up a weight class. And at no point did she look for a way out. You can't train that sort of heart!

AND, in the Main event, Jairzinho Rozenstruik showed that his power is always deadly, no matter the time in the round. So if you go against him, maybe bring Amy Pond, cause there's no time to blink if you want to stay conscious.

The weekend came to a close with ‘Combat Jiu Jitsu Worlds: The Welterweights' on Sunday! Sixteen assassins compete to see who will the #CJJWorlds2021 Welterweight King.

The acton got off with a bang, with an ‘Opening Round’ that saw Roberto Jimenez score a super fast arm-triangle sub. Gesias 'JZ' Cavalcante also grabbed an arm-triangle, but his came with 56 seconds left of regular time, in a fun back & fourth match. Martin Gonzalez went to Overtime to get an upset (experience wise) win. And we had Derek Rayfield get the first of his two dead orchard's of the night, and Nathan Orchard ended the round with a fast toe hold sub.

After all of that, you knew the rest of the night would be fire!

As always we got a couple of 'Special Matches' in-between the semi's and the final.

If cold blooded had a face, it would be Fedor Nikolov. Nikolov hit a quick kneebar and was done in under a minute.

Then PJ Barch showed complete control before hitting a rear-naked.

Controversial final, might have been a Mason Fowler vs Craig Jones type of situation. Roberto Jimenez though, undeniable in what he did on the night, and makes you wonder, will he win the ‘Submission Underground 24’ tournament!?!
