Jessica Uberuaga

Jessica Uberuaga is an actress and model born and raised in Boise, Idaho who is fluent in English and Spanish. She spent most of her early life enjoying the outdoors with her family, regularly camping, fishing, hiking, and snowboarding, as well as competing in gymnastics and dancing salsa. Her family is from the Basque Country in Spain. Uberuaga studied abroad in Spain at the University of Alicante before graduating with honors in Economics and Spanish from Boise University. Following her undergraduate degree, she began acting and modeling in Boise, where she was cast for her first film before moving to Los Angeles to pursue acting more seriously.

Today, Uberuaga lives in Hollywood and has worked on a number of series and movies. Some of her most well-known film projects include the John Travolta-led feature THE FANATIC (Quiver, 2019); internationally released MIND BLOWN (SyFy, 2016); and TAKE BACK (Apple TV/Amazon Prime, 2021), where she starred opposite Mickey Rourke. For television, she is best known for her roles in Vigilante Diaries (HBO, 2013) and Finding Love in Quarantine (Pureflix, 2020). Next, she is starring in the upcoming Crackle sci-fi television series Salvage Marines (based on a book of the same name by Sean-Michael Argo) and horror-thriller 'Incarnation', both to be released in 2022.

Despite the challenges posed by shooting 'Incarnation' during the coronavirus pandemic, Uberuaga enjoyed the opportunity to work and have a sense of normalcy during such uncertain times.

In 2020, Uberuaga co-brokered a film fund with producer Mike Hatton’s production company Ton of Hats, which promises a slate of upcoming films. With more projects on the horizon, Jessica’s main aim is to evoke strong emotions from her viewers: “One thing that motivates me is that I want to make people feel something; to tell a story is so inspiring.” Outside of acting, Jessica maintains an active lifestyle, which keeps her prepared for the physicality of her roles and stunts.
