EFTV - 153: Udder Side of the Story
Jeff Bezos is getting those engines warming up, cause come 20th July, 'New Shepard' will be taking its first flight into space!!! It's being heralded as Donald Trump launching a communication platform. But in other words, Trump has built a website. The US is looking to extradite an ex Catholic priest from Australia, as he's wanted for 'felony counts of carnal knowledge by force of a minor under the age of 18'. In a big step for common sense, Facebook's Oversight Board has told them to "fix up, look sharp" and stop trying to make up the rules as they go along when it comes to their Trump ban. Those dumb dumbs at Peloton have had to recall their 'Tread' and 'Tread+' running machines, as they've killed a kid and injured a ton of people
On her way home from Jamaica, a clueless woman tried to smuggle three pounds of cocaine into the USA. Did you think twins would be a handful, well, you should feel bad for Halima Cisse, a Malian woman who's just given birth to nine babies. There's this and more on #EFTV this week.
PLUS, it was over to Netflix to step into the Grishaverse for their epic new fantasy series 'Shadow and Bone'. Based on the book series from Leigh Bardugo.
AND, our Audible book of the week is Jack Carr's second James Reece novel, 'True Believer'.
