THEN, we sit down with one of the series architects, who has major footprints in the industry! He talks about his love of these films, everything that goes into bringing them to the screen, as well as the magic of storytelling in general!!!

Paul Brooks graduated from London University with a Humanities degree in Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, and English. After an early career in real estate, he moved into filmmaking in 1992 producing his first film Leon the Pig Farmer, which became a cult hit in the UK and won the Venice Film Festival Critics Award. Brooks established Metrodome Films as a UK production and distribution entity through which he distributed the likes of Chasing Amy, Buffalo 66, and Donnie Darko, whilst continuing to produce movies in the UK. He later moved to Los Angeles to produce and two of his first three films were nominated for Academy Awards; Shadow of the Vampire for Best Supporting Actor and My Big Fat Greek Wedding for Best Screenplay. My Big Fat Greek Wedding went on to become the highest-grossing romantic comedy of all time and launched his US venture – Gold Circle Entertainment – some 20 years ago. Brooks has produced over 30 films including White Noise, The Wedding Date, Because I Said So, The Fourth Kind, The Haunting In Connecticut, Champions, and the Pitch Perfect franchise.
